Reporting Damaged Items:

  • If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within three (3) days of receiving your plant by sending an email to airtings@gmail.com.
  • In your email, please include your order number, a detailed description of the damage, and attach clear photographs of the damaged item.
  • Promptly reporting the issue and providing visual evidence will help us better understand the problem and expedite the resolution process.

Resolution Options:

  • Upon receiving your email, our customer service team will assess the situation and determine the appropriate course of action.
  • Depending on the circumstances, we may offer one of the following resolutions: a) Replacement: If the damaged item is in stock, we will promptly send you a replacement at no additional cost. b) Refund: In cases where a replacement is not feasible or desired, we will process a refund to the original payment method used during the purchase. c) Store Credit: As an alternative to a refund, we may offer store credit, which can be used for future purchases on our website.

Return Policy (if applicable):

Non Returnable Items:

  • Our return policy only applies to items that are damaged during transit or arrive in an unusable condition.
